Hilltop Senior Daybreak is an adult day care program providing a respite for caregivers and a safe stimulating environment for the dependent or frail elderly and for seniors who are dealing with memory loss and confusion. Included in the program are recreational and social activities, nutritional meals and snacks as well as Personalized Care Plans which include medication administration and weekly licensed nursing visits. We provide accommodations for Alzheimer's, dementia, and other health conditions along with flexible scheduling to meet caregiver needs. Transportation is available and we are Medicaid certified and VA approved.
