Our team of therapists provide individuals who have suffered from strokes, fractures, heart disease, joint replacements or other conditions the opportunity for recovery. Our outpatient program allows patients to go home and return for therapy, while continuing to maximize the skills they have learned. All treatment programs are based on a physician referral and formal assessments, and are tailored to the individual’s needs and personal goals. The team will monitor and work to ensure that residents receive a quality oriented rehab program. We encourage family and significant others to participate with us and help to assist in your recovery.
