Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of the Rockies, is a 24 hour skilled nursing facility that offers Rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapies and a very extensive restorative program. In addition, RNCR has out-patient therapy services, home health care and in-patient hospice services to accommodate each individual residents need. Respite Care, Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care, Long Term Care and Hospice Care are also offered. We are contracted with Medicare, Medicaid and most major Insurances; RNCR will also work with Medicaid-Pending customers and will help them navigate through the Medicaid system. RNCR has 24/7 admissions assistance and is locally owned and operated. RNCR specializes in resident specific plans of care to ensure quality of life is promoted.
