We’re a family owned assisted living home with seven private and semi-private rooms designed for the comfort and safety of our residents. The Well House was completely renovated in 2010 and has incorporated a great room with north and south facing windows that allow for a very open atmosphere, rooms with private powder rooms, a walk in bathtub, a wheelchair accessible shower, and a handicapped accessible kitchen. The Well House has a large front porch that is warmed by the sun in the spring, fall and winter, a large back porch that is shaded and cooled by afternoon breezes. The large vegetable garden is cultivated by the Arvada Garden Club. The family and The Well House have retained two of the plots so that home grown vegetables can be included in the spring and summer menus. The extensive flower beds are maintained by family and friends and are designed to provide color throughout the seasons.
