Horizons Country Manor Apartments is an Independent Living Community located in Delta County about 13 miles from the city of Delta. Its scenic rural setting provides a view of the Grand Mesa and the feel of small town country living. The facility is on nine acres of rural property and beautifully landscaped lawns.
