SilverSneaker’s Classic is a 45+ minute exercise class that consists of sitting and standing exercises, for both upper and lower body as well as balance. We use hand weights, resistance bands, and SilverSneakers exercise balls. SilverSneaker’s Chair Yoga is a 45+ minute class that practices modified, gentle yoga poses so that they can be performed while seated in a chair.
