Services include meal plans, transportation, wellness clinics, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance. Amenities are usually abundant and may include formal libraries, computer stations, swimming pools, gardens, indoor/outdoor bar areas and other social gathering spaces. Rates are monthly and typically based upon size/location of apartment. Payor sources accepted are private pay and some insurance plans.
