Learn to reduce your stress, develop self-regulation skills, and build mental and emotional resilence to achieve the health you want.
This group is free and led by trained professionals, for people living with cancer and those who love them, regardless of where you receive your treatment. Every group is offered to foster a sense of community with others experiencing similar challenges, and to explore ways that choice and control can be realized while living with cancer.
