The structure of the classes includes; group discussion, individual work,

plus time to share and learn from one another.

Join us via Zoom as you glean the basic knowledge and tools to take care of your loved one while paying attention to your own needs. Caregivers will be able to identify challenges, communicate needs to others, deal with difficult emotions and solve problems through discussion and individual work.

This is an interactive workshop, feedback is necessary to achieve maximum results.
