Join us via Zoom as you glean the basic knowledge and tools to take care of your loved one while paying attention to your own needs. Caregivers will be able to identify challenges, con1municate needs to others, deal with difficult emotions and solve problems through discussion and individual work. Participants will:

• Learn how to recognize when and how to delegate caregiving tasks and identify their own need
