Organized, administered, and supervised programs for New York City and New York State in east, west and central Harlem from 1957 through 1971. These programs included recreation, music, dance, art, adult education, vocational training, english and citizenship classes, and supervised street gang workers.
Vice president of the East Harlem Community Council, an organization comprising over 50 public, private and religious agencies who worked together to better serve the target population.
