Caregiver Education Series - Caregiving Through the Holidays: Ways to Help Loved Ones with Dementia Enjoy the Holidays

We are offering a special series of classes for people who care for loved ones with dementia. Caregivers are welcome to bring their loved one—day care services will be provided free of charge. All classes will take place at Alumia Institute. Snacks will be provided. Presenter: Chip Watson, Executive Director of Alumia Institute.

Maintaining traditions during the holiday season while providing care for a loved one with dementia may be a daunting task for many caregivers. Enjoying the holidays with a house full of family while struggling with dementia may seem overwhelming to someone with dementia. It can be a combination of stress and disaster for those living with and caring for someone with dementia. We will discuss how to successfully manage the holidays so that everyone can have a happy holiday.

All classes will be held at the Alumia Institute campus at 9800 E Geddes Ave, Suite 50, Englewood CO 80112.

Please RSVP to Alumia Institute by calling (720) 405-6043 or email concierge@AlumiaInstitute.com.
