Join us in a live webinar from Hospice Foundation of America at Larkin Sunset Gardens in partnership with Symbii Home Health and Hospice. Join us in hearing from Dr. William Worden oThe Tasks of Mourning After 35 Years: Why They Are Still Clinically Relevant  moderated by Kenneth J. grief and bereavement. Join Dr. Worden, a pioneering researcher and clinician, in conversation
with Dr. Kenneth Doka to discuss how this model has evolved over time and how professionals
can utilize the model in a wide range of bereavement situations.

During the live webinar we will have the opportunity to email or text the experts questions that they will discuss and answer during the program’s Q & A session. There are 1.5 credits available for a variety of professional boards (see attached document.) We will be providing brunch prior and during the live streaming.
