Water Fitness at The Groves

Transforming into a completely different class than in the past, Certified WaterART Aquatic Mind-Body Instructor, Pam Burnham will now blend the mindful movements of Tai Chi, Pilates, and Yoga into a water fitness class unique to any in the area!  Energy flow, mental focus, balance and relaxation will be emphasized, while using the water’s resistive and buoyant properties to aid in the controlled exercises.
