About the LCA
The Leadership Coalition on Aging (LCA) was established in 2012 as a means for local health and human service providers to collaborate toward enriching the lives of Collier County older adults, their caregivers, and professionals who serve an aging population. The coalition seeks to foster a community environment that promotes well-being through resource sharing, education, advocacy, community outreach and policy. The LCA is sponsored by Collier Senior Resources (CSR), a not for-profit, 501 (c) (3). It provides information about, and referrals to, a broad range of service agencies throughout Collier County, focusing on older adults and caregivers.
The Leadership Coalition on Aging (LCA)’s mission is to enrich the lives of Collier County seniors and their caregivers by way of resource sharing, education, advocacy, and community outreach. The coalition currently consists of over 50 organizations serving seniors; including nonprofits, corporate entities, governmental agencies, as well as independent advocates. Members have expertise in a broad spectrum of fields such as health & wellness, home care, legal, financial, senior living, counseling & support, Veteran's affairs, emergency response, community service, social services, recreation, transportation & more.
