|02:00 PM - 03:00 PM|
Are you 55 years of age or better? Do you have days where you just feel like you have had enough of COVID-19? Join us each Monday at 2:00 p.m. in breaking into a new social frontier! Together we will learn useful coping skills, various formats for communicating (i.e., zoom), creative outlets that are COVID-19 safe, ere your grievances in a safe environment, and discuss the ways that we have grown during this historical time. The group will be a place to share what each of us has found to be of help during this time and what has been stressful. Topics include: Hobbies, art, cooking, gardening, nature exploration, mindfulness and relaxation, and anything else that may be of interest! The group format is a way for us to socialize, create new friendships, and bond through a sharing of experiences.
