The Nurse Education, Practice, Quality and Retention Program (NEPQR) is hosting a series of webinars beginning Monday, June 14 at 12:15pm (MT) about primary care and the primary care nurse role. We are beginning with a renowned rural health expert, Benjamin Anderson, speaking on Burnout and Healing in the Face of a Global Pandemic. Benjamin is a dynamic and insightful speaker who flavors his talks with his experience working as a very small town rural hospital administrator. This presentation, as well as those that follow on June 16 and 18, will emphasize the roles nurses play on primary care teams.

On June 21 and 23, we will have a curriculum expert, Dr. Beth Ann Swan, from Thomas Jefferson University, present on the new baccalaureate essentials and the increased emphasis on integrating primary care into curriculum.
