Did you know different birds like different feed and habitat? Learn what to plant, what type of bird houses to choose for nesting success and the seed to use to attract the species you want, from Blue Birds, to Cardinals, to Hummingbirds. Come with your birding questions!


Mark McKeller is a wildlife biologist with over 25 years of bird study experience. He has led hundreds of birding hikes and nature programs as well as birding expeditions from California to Maine and never passes up a chance to explore new areas for birds. He delights in talking about birds and does regular programs for the Martha Lafite Thompson Nature Sanctuary in Liberty. He and his wife Melanie own and have operated the Backyard Bird Center in the Northland for 18 years
