Join Dr. T is this 2-Part course designed to enhance your knowlege of the impact of the food you eat on your health and wellness. Learn how to prevent, reverse and recover from heart disease, diabetes, cancer, auto immune diseases, obesity, thyroid issues, arthritis, and more.
Each class will include a nutritional lecture, video featuring Dr. Neal Barnard, Founder of the Physician's Committee For Responsible Medicine, cooking demonstrations, meal prep, and menu planning. Attendees will receive copies of all of the recipes demonstrated, nutritional handouts, tips and tricks for easy and healthy cooking, and planning resources so you can do this at home. Attendees will get to sample all of the recipes demonstrated along with receiving resources for nutrition, health and wellness, cooking and planning. You will leave feeling full, satisfied and armed with all you need on your new health and wellness journey!
