Have you been diagnosed with early-stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment? You are not alone – more than 5.8 million people in the U.S. are living with Alzheimer’s and other dementia.
PLOWS Council on Aging is co-hosting a new Early-Stage Memory Loss Group with Irish Community Services and in association with the Alzheimer’s Association. Caregivers and people living with Alzheimer's and others dealing with the disease are invited to join us at the professionally-led sessions. The group will run for six weeks and the first meeting takes place on Tuesday, July 23 at Chicago Gaelic Park, 6119 W. 147th Street in Oak Forest.
Registration is required by calling PLOWS Council on Aging at 708-361-0219
