As humans, we would like to think we have an infinite amount of time on this earth. However, the reality is, our time will eventually run out. For some this is a scary thought, while others find comfort in some version of an afterlife. Regardless of what people think about death, many individuals don’t feel comfortable talking about death, dying and grieving. While talking about death is not easy, end-of-life planning is vital to ensuring that an individual’s wishes are carried out at the end of their life. It is especially important to ensure that proper documentation is in order to ease the burden of decision-making on their loved ones. This webinar will provide information on how professionals can help to prepare older adults and their families for difficult conversations about death, dying and grieving. RSVP HERE
