Woodside Place of Washington is a dementia-specific assisted living community designed to meet the unique physical, mental and social needs of persons living with Alzheimers disease or related dementias. Woodside Place of Washington has 24-hour programming to meet the varying needs of its residents. Adult Day Services also provided.
